Description: M.E.T.R.O. Minority Empowerment Thorough Risk-Reduction and Outreach
The purpose of our program is the prevent substance abuse or relapse, modify risky behaviors, and reduce the transmission of HIV and hepatitis among Black/African American women, Hispanic women, and minority men recently released from jail or prison. Participants must be 18+ and live in Pinellas or Hillsborough County. Enrolled participants are eligible for gift cards and transportation incentives.
