Description:
Linkage To Life (L2L) provides health care and social service resources to ex-offenders who are Pinellas County residents, the parent/guardian of a child under 18, and who were released from a prison/jail or substance abuse program within the past (1) year. L2L provides resources and incentives (gift cards) for participants up to $50.
Eligibility:
• Must reside in Pinellas County
• Must be a parent/guardian of a child or children under the age of 18.
• At least 1 parent/ guardian must have been released from jail/prison or substance abuse treatment program within the past year.
L2L Offers:

• FREE Gas cards and Bus passes
• FREE HIV testing
